  4. think he is, to the extent that the transition will 
  5. have made a difference to most people‚Äôs lives. The 
  6. fact that somebody was there to interpret the 
  7. transition and in fact to spawn further 
  8. interpretation of that transition, and bend the 
  9. thinking in that general area, even though the 
  10. method is not available anymore, nobody can think 
  11. like McLuhan anymore, we don‚Äôt know that aspect 
  12. anymore, though we certainly know what he was 
  13. thinking about. And the bending of that thinking is 
  14. definitely part of the transition we are going
